Hungry Mother - Cambridge
Went to Hungry Mother last night after hearing great things about it from people at work. I must admit it was totally outstanding. The restaurant is quite cozy (seating only like 80 people) with a bar that could fit another half-dozen. We were very lucky that we could even get a table without a reservation.

I haven’t posted on this yet but I just wanted to point out that gamer’s raised over 1.4 million dollars this year for Child’s Play. It has become a part of my yearly christmas ritual and I really can’t say enough about the guys at Penny Arcade for all they do to make this work.
Winds Of Orbis is an IGF Student Finalist! →
We really did not think there was anyway that we would be finalists. Typically IGF is all about making games simple and accessible to anyone and Winds of Orbis has a number of peripherals and strange setup requirements. I cannot wait for GDC this year. See you all in March!
In Cambridge
Made the trip through to picturesque New England today and landed in Cambridge. Just putting up a quick note that I made it, I will post a few pictures soon.

Nike+ is this sweet gadget that lives in the left sole of a pair of nike running shoes. This tiny marvel of science gives information to an ipod that tracks the distance, pace and many other stats during a workout. They created a ridiculously silly community online where they basically stole the Nintendo Mii idea, but I figured I would share it cause it is kinda cool.
