This was my birthday gift to myself. I have been eyeing the 7” Kershaw Shun Santoku for a long time now and it has lived up to the hype. This is easily the sharpest knife I have ever used and I am considering checking my carry-on for the flight to thanksgiving just so I can take it with me.
