Karina and I decided that we wanted to try to eat locally this summer. We thought it was a good idea since we live in cambridge and we have the option of getting high quality fresh ingredients. We joined the Cape Anne Fresh Catch and each week I walk down and get our share. Admittedly it has been a lot of Cod recently, but we still love it. Here are some of the recipes we have used with the fish:
- Crunchy Wasabi Crusted Fish
- Fish in Parchment (we have put all sorts of things in it, like preserved lemons and olives)
- Quinoa Primavera (substitute fish for chicken)
I have also used Ad Hoc a few times for various recipes, and it always comes out great.
